Moving from an entirety to a fragment is an integral part of the new works of Fatemeh Bahman Siyahmard. The new series is a continuation of the series “The Geography of Suspension” which was exhibited in 2017, and is meant to remind, transfer and offer re-reading of details of elements of that series. At the same time references to next series of works, which along with the two previous collection will form a trilogy, are hidden in layers of the present works.
Moving from multiple elements to a single one is an effort by artist to magnify elements that are suspended and also reference influence and effect of these elements on their surrounding and on their own. Elements that were palpable and important in previous works and presently only traces of their shadows, reflections or just spots can be seen in the new series.
The continued chaos- which is part of our daily life- next to complexity and state of suspension, in conjunction with forced injection of order and stability are among the characteristics of the present collection. Playing within the border lines of three dimensional statues and flat surfaces of paintings was consciously undertaken by the artist to move the viewer, - even if it is for a fraction of a second- to a suspended state and to create confusion between surface and three dimensionality. A fluid passage between two and three dimensions which started and was completed simultaneously and are affiliated to each other. Ultimately while the works spatially take up the space but are paintings made on surface.
Here we are facing another kind of suspension; the challenge of elements that in twist and turn and blending are accentuated, and move through time and space to reach equilibrium and to display part of the challenges and splendor of life.

 the bord is consisted of two 1*1.5 m pieces which are connected to each other from behind by tree joints. each piece moves around the joint. the steps of installation: first open the pieces of 180 degrees. then put the trepan stick. in specified places the shorter stick in A and B junctions and the longer stick in C and D .then draw the strings from sticks to the screws fixed on the diagonal in your favorite direction.
Gurenica volum panting has been paint in this work with this idea of changing the visual area. the solid lines in the painting have a change in their direction and condition after each assemble and installation . at the first step of installation the effect of strings shadows will be paint on the board which they will reflect the effect of first installation .the conflict between media in the same collection are the most important sings of vitality and dynamism in this art work.
